It’s normal in the first few days for cravings to crop up until your body gets used to your new diet and it goes into ketosis. However, let us know if you need us to tweak your meals to make things more appetizing.

It’s up to you. Meal2Heal has three options; the food can arrive fully cooked, to be cooked or frozen.

Fully cooked meals: When you’re ready to eat, put your meals in the microwave for two to three minutes, peel off the plastic seal, and eat! If you prefer the more traditional cooking method, you can heat the meals in a conventional oven for 10-15 mins before plating it up.

DIY boxes and frozen meals come with instructions.

Each meal has its own ‘use by’ date on the front of the packet.

Meal2Heal are freezable and last around six weeks after freezing.

Each meal has undergone a thorough check, to ensure the ingredients are fresh and nutritious, to ensure the hygiene and safe food practices are followed, to ensure the quality of the food you are receiving never drops.

While Ready-to-eat meals are delivered every day of the week, frozen meals and DIY menus are dropped off six days a week.

Our meals are made with ingredients that are regionally, organically produced and locally cooked under the guidance of our founder, Keto Coach DXB, Shirley D’Souza. All our plans are made with fresh produce that is antibiotic and preservative free.

Our meal plans are crafted to help you get healthier – and one of the byproducts is weight loss. By focusing on a ketogenic lifestyle, you cut down on the carbs and make your body use the fat as a source of energy, resulting in greater energy and focus, and a leaner you.

However, results vary from person to person depending on activity levels, genetics, medical conditions and so on. If in doubt, reach out – our on-site nutritionist is happy to answer your questions.

Palates are individual, so meals must be too. If you don’t like a particular protein or veggies on the menu, give us a heads-up and we will offer you an alternative that suits your taste.

We understand busy lives, so we’ve made it super easy to put a pause on the food plan. Just inform our customer service 48 hours in advance you want to press pause with your dates. We will resume catering once the period is over.
